RETURN POLICY FOR BUYERS
We do not accept returns for:
- Items on Discount/Sale
- International orders outside Indonesia
- Non-Fitted Items (Bags, Accessories, Homeware & Beauty Products),
- Items marked "No Returns Accepted"
- Items that have been received for more than 2 days
- Items purchased by Appointment
Items must be returned and arrive at HuntStreet Flagship within 5 days from when you receive the item. We can only accept items that are returned with their HuntStreet tags attached and are at the condition of when it was sold.
IMPORTANT: Make your Return Request within 1 day of receipt for returns of fitted items such as clothes and shoes.
SUBMIT A RETURN
Make your Return Request by clicking on the “Request Return” button on our Website (located at the bottom of our Website (Return Policy) or by informing us via WhatsApp +62 813 1920 8888. Include your Transaction Number, HuntStreet Item Number, and the reason for your return.
SHIP ITEM(S) TO HUNTSTREET FLAGSHIP
Ship your item(s) back to HuntStreet Flagship within 2 days from when you receive the item. Send your tracking number to the Whatsapp to inform us that the returned items are on the way,

GET STORE CREDIT
Returns are given in the form of store credit that will be added into your account after we receive and inspect the item(s).
