Steps To Sell in Surabaya:

1. Please WhatsApp us at 08118880048 to schedule an appointment for the drop off. 


2. You can drop your items at our drop off point from Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm


3. You will receive a confirmation email within 7 days after your items have been processed by our Jakarta team. NOTE that it may take longer due to shipment times from Surabaya - Jakarta.


4. A formal appraisal with suggested selling prices will be sent soon after.

5. The earnings for your item will be credited to your account after your item is sold.
