delivery & shipping

Domestic Shipments (Indonesia Only)

We offer free shipping nationwide for orders above IDR 3,000,000.
For orders IDR 3,000,000 and below, shipping fee will be calculated based on the product type and weight for orders.
We ship nationwide across Indonesia via JNE Regular, JNE YES (Overnight Delivery), and GO-JEK (within DKI Jakarta area).

Singapore Shipments

We ship orders to Singapore from Indonesia via manual shipment and international courier.

HuntStreet manual shipment costs IDR 250,000 and takes 7-10 working days. We will bring your orders to Singapore and send to you via domestic shipment.

International courier costs IDR 400,000 and takes 3-5 working days. Shipments are handled by Indonesian Post EMS.

Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that items purchased can be legally imported into Singapore. Regulations may apply for certain types of items, such as exotic leathers.

International Shipments

We ship orders worldwide from Indonesia via DHL Express.
Shipping fee will be calculated based on the product type and weight.

Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that items purchased can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may apply for certain types of items, such as exotic leathers.

Package Tracking

Once your package has shipped, we will send you a notification with your tracking number.
If you choose delivery via GO-JEK, we will send you a notification with your driver name and phone number.

Delivery Insurance

You may choose whether or not you want to add insurance to your delivery.
The cost of insurance is as follows:
JNE = Total Price x 0.2% + IDR 5,000
DHL Express = 3% of Total Price or Minimum USD 25
GO-JEK = Insurance is currently not available for deliveries via GO-JEK.

Returns

We accept domestic returns for fitted items (shoes and clothing) only.
Returns are given in the form of store credit that will be added into your account after we receive the item(s).
Non-fitted items (bags and accessories) and discounted items are not returnable.

We currently do not accept international returns for any item.
Non-returnable items are available for re-consignment.
